MODULE 3 - THE FREEDOM

You’ve arrived here more intimately aware of what your life demonstrates, are your true values at this point in time. You can see more clearly your child’s - and perhaps, the frustration, anger and overwhelm that presents itself when you’re asking yourself or your child to live outside what’s most meaningful. The structures offered provide the scaffolding to get to the place of ‘win:win’, and here are the practices for finding a sense of freedom from the overwhelm, and without necessarily needing to change anything in your outer world, but your perspective - because very often it is through strengthening our practice of surrender , that we find more freedom.

The embodiment practices here will assist you in coming back into yourself and choosing your next right step.
